TradiePro ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Sydney Waterproofing Services Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), located at Factory 29/6 Abbott Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the TradiePro mobile application and web platform.
By using TradiePro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, ABN, and business address when you register.
- Business data: Job details, quotes, invoices, client records, notes, photos, and files you create or upload within the app.
- Payment information: Subscription billing is processed by Google Play. We do not store your credit card or bank account details directly.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers for crash reporting and support.
- Usage data: Features used, pages visited, and actions taken within the app to improve the product.
- Location data: Only if you grant permission; used to assist with job site addresses.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the TradiePro platform
- To process subscription payments via Google Play Billing
- To send transactional emails such as invoice copies and job confirmations
- To send account-related notifications and product updates

3. Third-Party Services
TradiePro uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers, which are located in the United States and subject to Google's security standards. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes.

Under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

7. Children's Privacy
TradiePro is designed for use by trade business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by displaying a notice within the app. The updated policy will be effective from the date it is posted on this page.
